The basic requirement for a successful strategic plan is to be a well-coordinated alignment with the organizational culture followed in the Pizza Club. It has also been seen that the company has to adopt team culture within the organization. It not only reduces the efforts of each individual but it also enhances the productivity of the firm. Teamwork reduces the error generation chances and hence the goals of the firm can be achieved in a better way.
